Load and validate a presentation configuration.

## Parameters


`path: Path`  
Path to the YAML configuration file.


## Returns


`QuizConfig`  
The validated presentation configuration.


## Raises


`ConfigError`  
If the file is missing, the YAML is invalid, or validation fails.
